Tanel Kangert
“I finished the Giro d’Italia in good condition, and for this reason, in Slovenia I will try to go for a good result in the GC. I am thrilled to participate in the Tour because I have never raced on Slovenian roads in the many years of my career.

The level will be very high and looking at the route, I believe that both the second and fourth stages with arrival in Sveta Gora will be decisive for the final victory”.

Gene Bates – Sport Director
“Every stage presents a good opportunity for us. I think we have plenty of options with fast riders like Edmonson and Konychev and also Stannard who showed great form lately.

For the GC, we have Kangert who exited from the Giro very well and also our other climber Zeits who can achieve a good result in the fourth stage with an uphill finish. Bewley will be the team captain and he’s coming with great shape as well as Scotson who also came out of the Giro in good condition.

Overall, we have a really good group of riders here and we’re looking forward to going after some stages and general classification results”.
